The villa is made up of a single unit structured in two volumes, the first is rectangular in shape and placed parallel to the access road, the second is cylindrical in shape oriented towards the Gulf of Lugano. The first one contains the entrance porch and two covered parking spaces and becomes the urban element of the house that aligns with the road and the adjacent buildings. The second contains the living spaces and is oriented towards the south-east, on the panoramic view of the Gulf of Lugano and the surrounding mountains.
The house is spread over three floors above the ground and a slightly protruding basement, in which the indoor swimming pool is found.
The entrance is located on the ground floor and is characterized by a large atrium that separates the staircase and a small service bathroom from the living area. The latter opens to the south-east with a large glass window and is spread over three different parts of the living room, fireplace area and dining area. The fireplace in the middle of the living room serves as an axis of the interior spaces, terrace and outdoor swimming pool that comes out from inside the house in the garden below. Finally, the kitchen is located on the south-west side of the staircase.
The sleeping area is located on the first floor. You can access the terrace that allows you to admire the beautiful view of the Gulf of Lugano with its mountains from all the rooms.
On the second floor, there is a large terrace where you can admire the entire surrounding landscape, while to the north there is a guest room with a bathroom and a small study.
On the basement floor, the heated indoor swimming pool stretches out through a large glass window towards the outside, creating within the interior and exterior. On either side of the pool there is a jacuzzi area with a circular bathtub and fitness area.
