The two plots are located north of the municipality of Porza and originate from the development of a park belonging to a villa from the start of the century. Rectangular in shape, the area has a slope to the east and border to the south with the old house while they are surrounded on three sides by a private road that gives access to all the new houses. The morphological conformation of the land and the desire to make the best possible use of the outdoor spaces have determined the criteria for the construction of this project.
The project concerns the construction of a two-family house structured in two volumes located west of the area parallel to the level curves.
The access is given by the private road which is found downstream where two large covered porches create the vehicle entrance. The pedestrian entrance is found between the two staircases on the sides of the two porches that go uphill marking the axis of symmetry of every single house.
This axis of symmetry determines the internal organization of the house where the various activities develop around a central void, while the entrance porch with its large arch accentuates the individual character of each house.
At this level, in addition to the entrance, we find the living area with the dining and kitchen, while the sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the first floor.
The equipment rooms such as shelter, boiler and laundry room are arranged on the basement floor together with the two covered parking spaces.
