TECHNICAL REPORT
The main structure, parallel to the contour lines and the access road, acts as the organizational fulcrum of the entire lot; completely white, the residence acquires this characteristic through the use of a facing cladding in white split bricks.
The villa consists of a single 5/½-room residential unit with a large outdoor wooded area. Access is from the ground floor where a large glass staircase with a metal structure ensures vertical distribution to the levels below.
On the ground floor, which is accessed from an entrance area completely covered with teak boiserie, we find a small study area and, through a small corridor, we access the fitness area on one side and the laundry room on the other.
Going down to level -1, we find the living area where the staircase acts as a separation between the living and dining area and the kitchen. From these rooms it is possible to go beyond the garden
located at the back of the house. Finally, in front of the kitchen there is an outdoor dining area covered by the access to the house above.
The sleeping area, featuring 2 single bedrooms, a bathroom and a master bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom is located on floor -2. All rooms overlook
on the front garden which can be accessed through the large sliding doors
